Smile as a gift is the oldest and largest non-governmental organization operating in the field of substitute care and assistance to families at risk in Slovakia. Even as a law firm, we perceive the current critical social situation of families with children, single parents or young people who have left orphanages in Slovakia. We have therefore decided to cooperate with the organization Úsmev as a gift and offer them our professional knowledge and experience through pro bono legal advice.

The message of the Society of Friends of Children from Children's Homes Úsmev as a Gift association is, among other things, to help families or inmates from children's homes in their difficult life situations, to expand family circles around the child and to build centers providing specific help in need throughout Slovakia.

We promised help for entire families, single parents and their children, but also for the aforementioned inmates from children's homes who struggle with a difficult life situation or find themselves in need, not only as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, but because of a difficult life fate.

The common interest of our law office and the organization Úsmev as a gift is to provide these families, single parents, children and young people with the most comprehensive and effective help in their specific situation.

Together, we will make families, young people and children from orphanages smile when they enter real life and in cases when they need it most.
