• during my studies, I gained expertise and experience in advocacy, gradually working my way through all the positions within the law firm,

• in addition to providing general legal advice in the field of civil and commercial law, including representation of clients before courts and administrative authorities, I have a particular focus on providing legal advice in the field of information and communication technologies as well as copyright law. I provide comprehensive legal advice within the IT sector, with the aim of expertly setting up contractual relations and ensuring copyright protection for clients as authors of computer programs,

• in addition to my core practice areas, I have also advised on transaction structure setup, prepared transaction documentation, represented clients in negotiations, provided legal support and given advice on transaction financing and post-transaction company setup.

• in 2015, I participated in the preparation of documents and represented the client in order to participate in the public procurement process, which resulted in the procurement of a contract for the reconstruction and modernisation of small hydroelectric power plants with a financial performance of EUR 12,000,000.

• in January 2021, while still in the position of a junior attorney, I actively defended the rights and legitimate interests of approximately 300 unlawfully excluded members of a cooperative based in the Slovak Republic.

• in October 2021, as a partner of the L/R/P advokáti, s.r.o. law firm, I successfully completed the acquisition of the client's shareholding in the form of a share deal, with a financial consideration of EUR 20,000,000.

• as part of my recent professional practice, I have also been assisting towns and municipalities to navigate the complex web of legal regulations, thereby streamlining decision-making and the implementation of all actions related to their administration. During my studies, I provided legal assistance to a number of municipalities and cities in Slovakia, helping them to resolve legal issues and ensure that citizens fulfilled their obligations. From 2020 to 2021, I collaborated closely with a municipality in western Slovakia to abolish the compulsory administration of public water supply and public sewage systems. This resulted in the successful abolition of this compulsory administration.
