Founding partner of the law firm L/R/P advokáti, s.r.o. Specialist in real estate, construction and land law. He also specialises in real estate acquisitions, legal, commercial and tax structuring of proposed acquisitions, legal due diligence, investment projects, development projects, corporate law, cross-border mergers, preparation and structuring of conditions of entry, operation and exit of the investor, venture capital funds, financing of transactions and post-transaction structuring of the company.
