She specialises in corporate law, where she has experience in acquisitions, mergers and cross-border relocations of companies. She represents clients in contentious and non-contentious proceedings in the field of commercial, civil and family law before the general courts of the Slovak Republic, including preparation of lawsuits, pleadings and other court submissions. She participates in real estate and construction law projects, including preparation of due diligence, legal analyses, opinions, drafts, pleadings, contractual documentation and other legal documents according to the client's requirements and needs.
