• successful completion of a number of litigation matters, in particular representing a medical clinic in a damages claim,

• providing comprehensive day-to-day legal advisory services for a technology company, in particular in the areas of disruptive technologies, partnerships with foreign business partners and intellectual property rights,

• assisting in the acquisition of a Czechoslovak franchise chain, which to date has dozens of outlets in Slovakia and the Czech Republic,

• employment litigation and advising clients on employment law issues with a foreign element,

• dealing with commercial law issues in complex cross-border transactions, including drafting documents and advising on a range of legal areas with a focus on the foreign element.
