Marcel Štepanovský is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has extensive experience in environmental and administrative law from his previous work at the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, Department of Environmental Programmes and Projects in the field of EU funds. In L/R/P advokáti law firm, in addition to general civil and commercial law, he focuses on the area of virtual currencies in Slovak and European legislation. He has been involved in a number of foreign acquisitions, including the process of obtaining a licence for an e-money institution in Lithuania.
