Legal expert whose professional practice focuses on criminal law, with an emphasis on economic and property crime. He provides legal assistance mainly in criminal proceedings. He also provides legal assistance in the area of obtaining, granting and renewing residence permits for foreigners on the territory of the Slovak Republic.

• qualified legal advisory services for parties involved in criminal proceedings at all stages, even if the proceedings have lasted several years and have ended in the client's favour,

• legal representation in criminal proceedings relating to procurement fraud, money laundering, tax and premium evasion, tax fraud and more,

• advising clients on suspected white-collar crime,

• following the introduction of criminal liability for legal persons, he provides legal advice to members of the legal person's statutory body, persons exercising control or supervisory activities within the legal person or other persons authorised to represent or make decisions for the legal person,

• legal advisory services in connection with obtaining permanent, temporary and tolerated residence on the territory of the Slovak Republic, in particular for the purposes of business and employment of foreigners on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
