URSO has published a methodology for determining the value of equipment used for the performance of regulated activities - for determining the general value of property, which is the basis for determining the price in price procedures conducted by URSO, especially in the electricity, gas, heat and water industries. The methodology determines the values according to whether it is technological equipment, construction, intangible property or transport equipment.
Slovakia and South Korea signed a memorandum of cooperation - it should concern cooperation in carbon-free energy sectors. The memorandum also includes support for trade and investment between the two countries.
Emissions from maritime transport should also be introduced into the greenhouse gas emission quota trading system. The new separate system is to further enable emissions trading for buildings, road transport and other sectors, especially for small-scale industry. At the same time, the trading system is to be extended to include the burning of fuels in municipal waste incineration facilities with a total nominal heat input greater than 20 megawatts.

After evaluating the fulfillment of the goals, it is possible to assess that the introduction of solar and wind energy has achieved a significant increase in capacities. Fulfillment of the Paris Agreement is on the right track, but it is not clear whether the pace is fast enough for the Slovak Republic and the EU to achieve the goals they set for themselves by 2030.
